Eligibility and Account Registration

Prohibited Activities

  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Engaging in academic dishonesty or cheating services
  • Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
  • Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempting to circumvent platform security measures
  • Using the platform for commercial purposes unrelated to skill sharing
  • Creating multiple accounts or fake profiles
Credits System and Transactions

Credit System

  • Credits are virtual currency used for skill exchanges on our platform
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money
  • New users receive a starting credit balance
  • Credits are earned by teaching skills and spent on learning
  • Credit transactions are final and generally non-refundable

Transaction Policies

  • All transactions must be conducted through our platform
  • Credits are transferred automatically upon skill exchange completion
  • Disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction
  • We reserve the right to reverse fraudulent transactions
Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you post on our platform
  • You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you share
  • You must not infringe on others' intellectual property rights

Platform Content

  • Our platform, design, and features are protected by intellectual property laws
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform content
  • Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

Account Termination

  • Legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh
